Japanese Izakaya A Zoom Cooking Workshop
The evening Izakaya class is a great way to immerse yourself in Japanese dining culture. The course consists of two parts:
You will cook ramen noodles in yellow miso-mustard broth, poach fresh Nantucket scallops, and enjoy it.
Then you will explore the world of sake (Japanese rice wine) as Chef Melissa Lee guides you through this fun and informative class.
