  • 200 ml 6.75oz Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Oil
  • 4 teaspoons Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Japanese 7 Spice Blend Shichimi Togarashi 七味唐辛子, adjust to taste

  • mix until thoroughly combined
